Although this article was written purely for internal consumption by ECN staff, I wanted to mention it here because it documents how to install tools which are key to the daily activities of desktop support staff. It’s an illustrated ~40-step (7 printed pages long) guide. I wrote it to provide an easily-replicated process for new and experienced staffers alike when they need to add these essential tools to a newly-deployed computer.
