As my role shifted from focusing solely on the new competency-based education major to general communication projects for the college, I began writing articles for our online newsroom on an occasional basis, supplementing those written by our Marketing Communication team’s senior writer. This profile of a newly-appointed associate dean was one of the my first general news articles for the college.
